This category covers the core development of the BigFile Chain, our custom Layer 2 built with the Polygon CDK. Our focus is on creating a highly scalable, secure, and efficient execution layer for verifiable storage and compute, anchored to the security of Ethereum.

Here we detail the milestones for our storage service, including the development of our node software for providers, the client-side encryption protocols, and the smart contracts that manage storage deals and verifiable proofs (ZK-proofs).

This track outlines the creation of our on-demand GPU marketplace. It includes the development of the job scheduling protocol, the integration of AI models, and the mechanism for rewarding compute providers for their contributions.

A network is only as strong as its providers. This category focuses on our strategies for onboarding storage and compute providers, developing strategic partnerships with data centers and AI firms, and growing the physical infrastructure of the BigFile network.

Our goal is to make building on BigFile seamless. This track includes the release of our SDKs, comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and the launch of the BigFile Grants Program to fund innovative third-party applications built on our infrastructure.

This category covers the evolution of the BIG token and the project's governance. It includes the initial Phase 1 token launch on Polygon PoS, the migration to a native L2 gas token, and the phased transition of protocol ownership to a fully decentralized DAO.
